We’re seeking a future team member for the role Senior Specialist, Client Reporting/Performance, to join our Fund and Client IS Ops team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Monitors and reports on client portfolio performance.
- Owns the online tools and reporting platform, troubleshoots issues, and manages platform-related problems.
- Answers escalated client inquiries regarding risk management, asset allocation, and portfolio performance measured against peers.
- Applies industry research to predict future trends and publishes white papers on industry trends and opportunities for product and capability revenue expansion.
- Trains clients on report production and improves the client experience by addressing client concerns and needs.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 5–7 years of total work experience preferred.
- Experience in trading or brokerage preferred.
- Knowledge of client portfolio performance reporting, risk management, asset allocation, and performance analysis.
- May have people management responsibilities in some geographies and provides guidance to less experienced staff.
